CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets forth the rules applicable to the purchase of digital services, software subscriptions, and credits offered by Haysoft S.R.L (hereinafter referred to as "Botcoinex" or "Platform").

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT STATUS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION

Botcoinex provides a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) that is instantly delivered and made available to users. In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant consumer protection laws, "digital content, software, and services that are instantly performed and reproducible" are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any subscription packages or credit balances purchased through the Platform. By completing the payment process, the User explicitly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.

2. MARKET CONDITIONS AND NO PROFIT GUARANTEE

Botcoinex is not an investment advisory firm; it is strictly a technical automation tool that executes the strategies you define. Due to the high volatility in cryptocurrency markets, there is no guarantee that the transactions executed by the software will result in a profit. Financial loss due to market conditions, strategies not performing as expected, or incorrect exchange (API) configurations by the user absolutely do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND USAGE

The User may cancel their recurring subscription (monthly/annually) at any time via their account dashboard. The cancellation process will prevent the start of the next billing cycle. However, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for the period between the cancellation request and the end of the current billing cycle. The User will continue to have access to the purchased package or credits until the current billing period expires.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUNDS

At its sole discretion, Botcoinex may agree to issue a refund only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a User is charged more than once (double billing) for the exact same transaction due to a systemic error.
  • Failure to Deliver Service: If, despite successful payment, the purchased credits or subscription package cannot be allocated to the User's account within 48 hours due to a critical malfunction on Botcoinex servers.
